Our sandwich trays are made with an appetizing assortment of signature and/or classic sandwiches along with your choice of two of the following items:  our original whole grain oatmeal chocolate chip cookies (the Dillon cookie), tray of fruit, the big salad or chips.  Oh...all trays get some of our crunchy pickles.

Signature Sandwiches

• California Cobb – Fresh avocado spread, romaine lettuce, tomato, smoked turkey breast, and crispy bacon with a bleu cheese spread on Honey Whole Wheat bread.
• Bleu Roast Beef – Roast beef, red onion, romaine lettuce and tomato with a bleu cheese spread on Dakota bread.
• Louisville Chicken Salad – Diced chicken in a seasoned mayonnaise dressing with spicy pecans.
• Tuna Salad – White albacore tuna and a seasoned mayonnaise dressing and celery salt.
• Mediterranean Madness — Fresh avocado spread, provolone cheese, cucumber, bell pepper rings, diced carrots and olives, fresh spinach and homemade pesto on our ever popular Dakota bread.
• Skinny Mini - Living Lite bread, smoked Turkey, tomato, romaine lettuce, onion, cucumber, bell peppers, carrots and brown mustard. This is our lowest calorie sandwich.

Classic Sandwiches

All of the classic sandwiches are made with thinly sliced red onion, romaine lettuce, sliced tomato, spicy mustard, mayonnaise, salt/pepper.

• Classic Ham & Cheese - Tender slices of honey smoked Ham and Swiss cheese.
• Classic Smoked Turkey – Lightly smoked Turkey breast and Swiss cheese.
• Classic Roast Beef – Sliced Roast Beef and aged Provolone cheese.
