Our specialty low-fat muffin base made with low fat yogurt, egg whites, applesauce, bran and freshly millled whole grain flour.
We regularly bake Dakota muffins that contain the special seed mix (millet, sunflower, sesame and pumpkin seeds) with chopped dates for a little moistness.

Otherwise we may bake them with carrots, raisins, nuts and seeds.
