Made from a natural wheat starter with malt added for a greater depth of flavor. Same dough as that used for our baguettes - hard crusted loaf shape. We add cheddar cheeses and pickled jalapenos. Made on Thursday but subject to availability we can hold for the next day if you prefer. Bake quantities are limited.
