Country French (Tues, Thurs, Sat)
Made from a natural wheat starter with malt added for a greater depth of flavor. Same dough as that used for our baguettes - hard crusted loaf shape. Made on Tue, Thu, Sat only but subject to availability we can hold for the next day if you prefer. Bake quantities are limited.
Storing your Bread
Our bread is best stored on the counter in our twist tied bread bag. It lasts 7-10 days.
If you put it in the refridgerator, the honey will harden.
If you want to freeze our bread, use another freezer bag and it will last up to 3 months. Defrost naturally and enjoy.
