This is the Great Harvest version of the bread that is made for the November 1 celebration known as the Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) in Mexico.  It's a round loaf with the skull and bones symbolized on top.
A popular bread made with freshly milled whole wheat flour, fresh pureed orange and lemon and a special blend of spices. Contains dairy and egg.
